Good point! 


For HiDPI support we shift in the SVG version icons, which then must respond to
the scaling setting of Windows. 

@akatonyab at gmail.com, is your new Windows system a HiDPI screen, i.e. > ~150
dpi? I think we use 168dpi as the cut over. Personally, I've no issues with
96dpi to ~130dpi.
