simple demonstration of the bug in question
I have a table of contents at the beginning of a document. When I click updated
index, it adds entries to the index which should not be there..
I'm enclosing a simple .odt which demonstrates this problem.. the lorem ipsum
text should not be in the TOC as it is simple text body, not a header...
