Description:
Choosing "create draw document" from the soffice front page we obtain an error
notification.
Choosing "create impress document" simply does not happen anything.
All other document's type go well.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Choose "create draw document" or open a document created with older release
(.odg)

Actual Results:
loading component library

failed.
Expected Results:
Opening of application "Draw"
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: Yes
