Description:
Start LO Vanilla 6133
Notice how the gradient is incorrectly positioned on the left hand side of the
start center where the app icons are located.

Steps to Reproduce:

Actual Results:
Incorrectly positioned gradient.

Expected Results:
If any gradient is to be applied, it should appear at the correct place (not
quite sure where that might be in this case).
