MS office 2016 shows the warning and repairs the file. 
I'm in favor of closing this bug as WontFix. 
But, since you have Office 365, please attach a minimal test file which can be
opened with MSO and not with LO. 
attachment 146184 opens with MSO 2016 as 34 slides so problem cannot be
pinpointed. 
1-slide .pptx would be desired.
