I tried to reproduce this issue in
Version: 6.3.0.0.alpha0+ (x64)
Build ID: c0e4ac9a90920d2a9af94f36e2b943b7403b1391
CPU threads: 8; OS: Windows 10.0; UI render: GL; VCL: win; 
TinderBox: Win-x86_64 at 42, Branch:master, Time: 2018-12-06_03:56:35
Locale: hu-HU (hu_HU); UI-Language: en-US
Calc: threaded

When I open the original file the LibreOffice cannot determine the exact page
count, it's continuously increasing. And when I try to reproduce the issue the
new file always contains 150 pages.
