Resolution: 3000*2000, 13 inches, 200% scale

[Issue]
The colours of icons in CoLibre theme became inverted one day 
without any reason and never came back even if I uninstalled 
LibreOffice completely. Other themes works just fine without 
this issue. I've attached a screenshot of this issue.
