Pop-up help for menu buttons in LO 6.0

If the mouse pointer is placed on any button on the menu, it is expected a help
indicator will pop up explaining the function of the button. This was the case
up until version 6.0. See screenshot attached. The popup, "Underline" does not
appear in Libre Office 6.1 or 6.2.

>From 6.1.0 onwards, including 6.2, when the mouse pointer is placed on any
button, the icon simply vibrates but no help indicator pops up.

Without the indicator, it becomes difficult to understand the difference in
functions of similar looking buttons on the menu.

I have tested this on Siduction and Antergos. Both show the same performance.
