I can confirm this issue in

CPU threads: 8; OS: Linux 4.18; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3; 
TinderBox: Linux-rpm_deb-x86_64 at 86-TDF, Branch:master, Time:
2018-11-30_21:37:10
Locale: hu-HU (hu_HU.UTF-8); UI-Language: en-US
Calc: threaded

But only for Gnome desktop environment. Full screen feature is working properly
in Unity and Xfce desktop environment.
