Issue:

When hovering the mouse pointer over toolbar buttons, there's no
tooltip/information. Instead, the frame marking off the button hovered, will
start flashing rapidly. This is also true for tick-boxes and the like.
On occasion, the tooltips shows up, but it seems to me to be quite random.
The installation is made via my package manager (Discover), with the following
installs:
1. LibreOffice Base - Libreoffice KDE Integration
2. LibreOffice Calc
3. LibreOffice Writer
