merged cells become unmerged when deleting first row or column 

Steps to Reproduce:
open spreadsheet
merge A1:C3
click A5
menu Sheet - Delete Columns

Actual Results:
Merge lost

Expected Results:
merged cell range will remain


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No



Additional Info:
Tested with LO 6.3 and LO  4.0.0.3
