There is no any error. 
If old version is installed,  the new msi-installer asks for old msi-installer
(dialog-window with request on old installer path).
And either you point it on or press Cancel (there are two buttons Ok and
Cancel).
If you press Cancel (because I have no old msi)- the installer ends up.
