Some information are missing, please add them:
Which printer do you use?
Is the printing correct, if you use double-sided but not brochure?
Which operating system?  Printing depends heavily on OS.
Is the setting "Use only paper size form printer preferences" enabled or not?
Which paper size has the printer, which page size has the document?
