Your bug is about declined words. That means, if I use the Nominativ (don't
know the english word) on page 3-5 (like on page 2), this should appear in the
index. But it doesn't. So I think, there might be a bug, but not about declined
words. So my question was, if you get the right result, if you change to
"Freiherr von Stein" on paes 3-5.
