Description:
The X axis labels rotation is incorrectly saved in XLSX document.

Steps to Reproduce:
Steps to reproduce:
    1. Create a new document in LibreOffice Calc.
    2. Insert a chart.
    3. Set the X axis labels orientation on 270°.
    4. Save the file as XLSX.
    5. Reload the file.

Actual Results:
The X axis labels orientation is 0°.

Expected Results:
The X axis labels orientation should be 270°.
