Description:
When an xlsx with header gets opened in LO the header is not shown.

Steps to Reproduce:
    1. Create a new xlsx in Excel.
    2. Insert a header.
    3. Save and open it in LO

Actual Results:
The header is missing.

Expected Results:
There should still be a header.
