Some ideas:

1. Show a message box after the rehearsal ended
2. Add a field to the toolbar (shown only at slide sorter mode), perhaps as
combobox with info for each slide
3. Show the total rehearsal time in big read letters on the last "Click to
exit" slide
4. Show the time in a dedicated field on the status bar considering the
importance and frequently use of it

My preference is #3- if there are no further/better ideas.
