I can not confirm. Created xlsx password protected file with version LO 6.1.2
and when I try to open this file in version 6.3, LO ask for password. Also
tested LO 4.4 -> open file in LO 6.1.2. Tested on windows7.
Please attach test file which is password protected in older version and not
password protected in LO 6.1.3.
I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO', so please do change it back to
'UNCONFIRMED' once you have attached a document.
(Please note that the attachment will be public, remove any sensitive
information before attaching it.)
How can I eliminate confidential data from a sample document?

Thank you
