Description:
Hi

When I try to install LibreOffice with following parameter the language is
ignored and it's set to English.


LibreOffice.msi" -"UI_LANGS=da_DK ALLUSERS=1 ISCHECKFORPRODUCTUPDATES=0
QUICKSTART=0 REGISTER_NO_MSO_TYPES=1 /passive /norestart"

After installation is finished the Danish UI language is available in the list
of languages in for example swriter.

CAn you help?

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install LibreOffice from commandline with the following parameters
"UI_LANGS=da_DK ALLUSERS=1 ISCHECKFORPRODUCTUPDATES=0 QUICKSTART=0
REGISTER_NO_MSO_TYPES=1 /passive /norestart"

Actual Results:
The UI language in all LibreOFfice program are set to english.

Expected Results:
The UI language in all LibreOFfice program are set to danish.
