Description:
Nested table positioned at the left cell instead of right when saving as HTML
and reloading the file 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Save as HTML
3. Reload

Actual Results:
Table moves to left, fine with browser (except for the empty spacing below)

Expected Results:
Nested table should be in the right cell


Reproducible: Always
