Description:
When I change the language of the text in a document and paste text in a
document with the 'unformated text' option the language of the newly inserted
text is in the default language instead of the language of the document.
For example: my default language is german. I write and change the language of
all the text to english (UK). When i paste unformated text in the language of
this text (contrarily to the rest of the document) is in german.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open a new document
2. type some text
3. select all (ctrl-a)
4. change the language of the text (click language on status bar)
5. paste new text somewhere in the middle of the document: right click 'paste
speciap; unformatted text''


Actual Results:
After pasting the language of the inserted text is different than the rest of
the document

Expected Results:
The language of the text is the same as on the point of insertion.
