Tested with: LO 6.2RC1 - crash still occurs.

Build ID: 0412ee99e862f384c1106d0841a950c4cfaa9df1
CPU threads: 4; OS: Mac OS X 10.11.6; UI render: default; VCL: osx; 
Locale: en-GB (en.UTF-8); UI-Language: en-US
Calc: threaded

Unfortunately this bug prevents me using LO 6 in my day-to-day work, so I have
to stay with LO 5.
