I would like to have a table as the very last item on the last page. However,
this creates an extra page as noted by Dennis Schridde in Comment 13. The only
work around I have found is, as stated by Jean-Baptiste Faure in comment 6, to
put the table in a frame.

on Linux Mint 18.3
