I have now used the Windows version of LO 6.1.4.2 (German UI), have reset the
user profile and retested the behavior of Edit Fields. It is still exactly as I
described. In order to verify, please create two references, first to a heading
and then another to a page and then try editing the reference to the heading.
You will see that what LO Writer displays is editing references to pages.
