Basic advice is to reset user profile:
https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile Please try that. 
Other advice is to upgrade to latest Fresh, which is 6.1.4.
Please write if the freeze didn't happen with some older version. If you don't
remember, you may downgrade LO to 6.0.7 and try. 
All this comes as we cannot do something without reproducible steps.
