Description:
Style Heading 1 is not applied to content nor option Numeric with all sublevels
is applied to Headings whose levels are superior to level 1.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Use provided ODT-document sample;
2. Apply styles Heading 1, Heading 2 as illustrated in document;
3. Under Side bar -> Styles, select Applied styles;
4. Under Bullets and Numbering -> Outline, apply option Numeric with all
sublevels to styles Heading 1, Heading 2;
5. Test in safe mode as well.

Actual Results:
1. Paragraph style Heading 1 does not apply its font size to contents, while it
is does to numbered portion.
2. Paragraph style Heading 2 does not apply the numbered portion according to
selected option Numeric with all sublevels.
3. Style Heading is exhibited in Side bar -> Styles, while not applied in
document.

Expected Results:
1. Style Heading 1 to apply its font size to contents.
2. Option Numeric with all sublevels to apply the numbered portion according to
its respective illustration to Headings whose levels are superior to level 1.
3. Only applied styles to be exhibited in Side bar -> Styles.
