If I'm right, they are both network printers so I update the title. I also use
network printer without problems, it's Konica. 
Please write whether LO is 32-bit or 64. Windows is 64-bit.
Please try with master
https://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/daily/master/Win-x86@42/current/. It won't
spoil your regular LO.
