Description:
Scrolling through the font list is a bit choppy and CPU hogging 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Writer
2. Scroll through the font list monitoring CPU usage with System monitor and
file usage with for example Process Monitor

Actual Results:  
Scrolling through the font list is a bit choppy and CPU hogging 

Expected Results:
A smooth as GDI
