Hi Volga,

I'd like to clarify your original request. Are you requesting that font sizes
for different scripts ( Latin, CJK, CTL ) to be consistent, and it should be
10.5 when the user's locale is Simplified Chinese and should be 12 for the
rest? 

Can you make a screenshot with sample document and highlight the issue that
bothers?
