Document that caused the crash

This is the document where the crash occurred. The exact trigger that caused
the crash is not reliably reproducible. This document is being edited by
various people, most of them are using Microsoft Word, and I'm using
LibreOffice. After all this passing backwards and forwards between Word and
LibreOffice, the document has become very unstable, and regularly causes
crashes in LibreOffice now (it also causes crashes when I try to edit it in the
online version of Microsoft Word).
