Description:
Unlooped animated GIFs in will play through, then stop on the first frame of
the animation instead of the last.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Impress
2. Load this unlooped animated GIF: https://i.imgur.com/25Ion3t.gif
3. Press F5

Actual Results:  
The animated GIF will play through, then stop on the first frame.

Expected Results:
As seen in Firefox, Chrome, PowerPoint, Ristretto Image Viewer, and Even
LibreOffice Writer, the animated GIF plays, then stops on the **last** frame.


Reproducible: Always

Unlooped animated GIFs are essential to my presentations because I teach
techniques to medical staff. It's handy to teach these techniques with unlooped
animated GIFs that stop at key points so I can explain, then continue.
