I am not completely sure what specific issue this bug actually is about at this
stage, but anyway, for me in a recent build of LibreOffice, on macOS 10.13, I
could not insert videos into presentations at all using Insert > Audio or
Video, but dragging and dropping worked. (That is, I saw the same as Telesto
says in comment #51.) I have a fix for that in gerrit:
