Tried running LO calc in safe mode, still the same result.  Enclosed is a new
file with 0.75  in cell A1 converting to fraction in cell B1 and still getting
a number 1(one) in cell B1.  Only 123 2/4 was able to return a 3/4 in cell B1. 
I need a global format for all cells in the original spreadsheet I uploaded.
