Hi. Currently when user set default format for file save as Microsoft, then
this will work only on Writer but not on other components of L.O like impress
!! Why this !!

Tools | Options | Import & Save | then set of "Save always as" at Microsoft
format, there will be option specified for .doc & 2nd for .docx (XML). (Writer
format only).

The choice does not set, for example, Impress to save by default as .ppt !!!

The chioce should be global so that if user select "Microsoft" or "Microsoft
templet" then ALL components of L.O (Writer, Impress, Bass, Math, ......)
should save by default using corresponding Microsoft format ......
