I reproduce them going out of view. In 3.3, they just mimic each other.
However, the labels are linked to each other by nature (synchronize feature
etc.), so I'm not sure if you are supposed to mess with them like that and
expect things to work.

Thus I am leaving this unconfirmed.

Note for testers: the frame you need to edit is the outer frame of each of the
labels. Select it, right-click - properties - type: height & vertical position.
