Description:
Shortcut (Ctrl + Shift + E) for recording changes (Edit → Track Changes →
Record) doesn't work. It worked in LO 5.4.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Press shortcut (Ctrl + Shift + E)
2. Type something
Actual Results:
Shortcut doesn't cause LO to start recording changes, but instead LO drops
several following keystrokes without changing document in the slightest.
Expected Results:
LO should not drop keystrokes after pressing shortcut, and shortcut should
cause LO to start recording changes to the document.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
