I hope I have chosen the right component and such. If not, feel free to change
it accordingly ... ;)

I have found the following (and I think it is because of #114875):

1. Install master, following the instructions from
https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Installing_in_parallel/Linux
2. start LO
3. go to "Tools - Options - General"

You will see the string

Show "No offline help installed" popup
</quote>

I have searched Pootle for this string but to no avail ... :( Is it possible to
add this string, so that it is translated for the final version, please? And is
it only a problem for our langpack or are other NL communities are affected as
well?
