The special character dialog inserts the chosen character without any changes
as expected. Pressing Alt+0039 inserts the character as if it is done by key
press. And in that case AutoCorrect is triggered and it exchanges the straight
apostrophe by the curly one. The replacement settings are in menu Tools >
AutoCorrect > AutoCorrect Options > tab Localized Options.
