Bibisected on Linux with 43all to range

n#778859: Non autofit text are imported as autofit.
Push default values if <bodyPr> exists.

Indeed, the "good result" has Autofit text checked, if you right-click the text
box while the "bad result" does not. Checking Autofit text fixes the issue in a
build with the bad result.
