Description:
Checked with Ubuntu 18.04 (64bit) build:
Version: 6.1.0.1
Build ID: 378e26bd4f22a135cef5fa17afd5d4171d8da21a
CPU threads: 4; OS: Linux 4.15; UI render: default; VCL: gtk2; 
Locale: en-US (en_US.UTF-8); Calc: group threaded

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new Impress file 
2. select any template (I used Alizarin)
3. change to the second page in the file
4. In the content area click on the icon to add a graph
5. Click inside the graph area so as to select it
6. Enter F1 key

Actual Results:
The browser is sent to the page:
file:///home/drew/Desktop/libreoffice6.1/help/en-US/text/shared/main0000.html

and reports that it can not be found

Expected Results:
Displays an appropriate help page.


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No
