i18npool locale data doesn't make sense, we already have the language dependent
fonts in VCL.xcu

However, in VCL.xcu we have ordered lists of fonts, of which an available one
will be chosen at run time and then presented in Writer's Basic Fonts under
Tools-Options. The font matching may also select a font of a family if the
exact font name isn't found. My guess is you can't squeeze that functionality
into some default style. Also I don't understand why you want to remove those
settings.
