Description:
Table alignment changes from automatic to left (or from left) after moving the
inner table border in x64 builds

Related bug 107995 and bug 107665

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Writer (x64). No issue with (x32 on Windows)
2. Insert a table 2x2
3. Drag the inner border to the left or right
4. Table properties -> Alignment -> Left (Mac) or From left (Windows)

Actual Results:
Alignment switch from automatic to left (which a little annoying, because will
become absolute after switch from automatic to left. 

Expected Results:
Table alignment should be automatic, like x32 build


Reproducible: Always
