Note that this problem is not limited to the "Redmond" theme:
a similar but more-metallic "Releigh" theme is also affected in the same way
(missing white line under non-active tabs). But the usability is less affected
in this case, as the non-active tab headings and active tab body are colored
differently under this theme.
