Libreoffice help
(https://help.libreoffice.org/Writer/Modifying_Cross-References) says the
following:

1. Click in front of the cross-reference that you want to modify.
   If you cannot see the field shading of the cross-reference, choose View -
   Field Shadings or press Ctrl+F8.
2. Choose Edit - Fields.
3. Set the options that you want, and then click OK.

But this does not work since "Fields" is greyed out.
