[Libreoffice-bugs] [Bug 118798] spreadsheet hangs when moving mouse pointer from cells over toolbars and again from toolbars to cells 5-10 seconds. Load spiral spins sometimes multiple times before interacting with software.

Can you try in Safe mode? Not sure, if this is the location on macOS, but: Help
- Restart in safe mode and then Continue in safe mode.
