Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Writer
2. Open the Mail merge
3. Add a database in step 3
4. Go to step 4 and type in 'General salutation': Dear <Last Name> (In English)

-> The preview is displayed correctly, however when finishing the wizard, the
field is not added to the document... it doesn't happen with personal
greetings...
