Description:
When drawing a shape with the fill color set to a specific color, the shapes
fill color does not change. I have to cick the fill colour again to change the
fill color of the shape. But the line color tool does not have this problem.
I don't know if its a bug.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open LibreOffice Draw
2.CHoose a shape and a fill color
3.Draw the shape

Actual Results:
The fill color is not chainging
