Jay removed the function to streamline the menu and IIRC there was no objection
but mine. The idea in comment 3 before that change was to hijack the Insert
Caption command. I disagree with Remove when no Insert is there and we have to
define the scope - guess it's not only the text (which can be easily cleared)
but also the frame around.
