Is this intentional?
Steps to Reproduce:
1. select a cell with any data
2. select a range
3. Ctl+V
4. Now select another range
5. Paste unformatted text
Actual Results:
2-3 copies selected data to all cells in range (but will also copy all formats,
etc
4-5 only copies selected data to first cell in range
Expected Results:
Would expect Ctl+V to be functionally equivalent to Menu / Tool option
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
