Download from the project archive (where you saw the details link). Verify that
the hash value of the download matches. 

Then use that for install, be sure to "Run as Administrator".

Oh, and if you had a prior install in place, be sure to stop the quick launcher
and perform an uninstall prior to an install attempt.
